At BuyGadg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged due to misuse or tampering.
- Products with broken seals (e.g., earphones) unless defective.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' on the product page.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at buygadg.com@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email buygadg.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we'll share return shipping instructions.
4. Refund processed after we receive and inspect the item.

REFUNDS
- Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- COD orders refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
